We purchase a 2007 to park on property we own and we use in the summer. I have never done anything like the roof redo and between product videos and phone calls clarifying the how tos of redoing the roof, it was a breeze and I am very pleased

Appears to be a great product.

You need great weather or a garage to do the job.it took me about 4 days to get the roof coated.The product is very sticky. It doesn't dry very fast so it is important to follow the
Instructions very carefully. The final product is a very white roof that I hope lasts for a few years. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Yes. Liquid Rubber EPDM Primer is ridiculously sticky and can be hard to work with.
This is why it is important to follow our application guidelines which are available on the product page and RV Roof project page.
Once you read it and know how to work with it, it is quite easy!

Primer seems more like glue.

Seems good. More like glue than a primer, But I suppose that is good really.
Time will tell as weather is not my friend recently for putting the final coating on.

Awesome Product and very Durable

Used the primer, one sided tape and the liquid rubber on two seams that came apart on my pond liner (previous job) and your products are second to none. Extremely durable and pliable and fixed the problem. Easy cleanup of the liquid rubber stage too. Thanks so much !

Does exactly what it says but you need follow instructions fully and don’t try to cut corners ie use the right products for your task at hand

Seam tape

It only good for flat surface if there is few small bumps it will not glue with the bumpy profile it will pull away from the rubber next few dsys

The Seam Tape should conform to small bumps, but If it didn't bond then there may be some type of contamination on the surface or an existing product like silicone. The Seam Tape will not bond to silicone.

The stuff is amazing

It did the job sealing my PVC lined water fountain below the water line.

Filling a crack in Cinder Block foundation

Adhesive caulk did an excellent job of sealing the cracks. It is very hard to pump using a hand operated caulking gun. Liquid rubber sealant looks good, though having to put on 6 coats took 9 days with weather interference. It took a couple of coats to not apply it like paint but apply quite liberally. Service excellent and deliver quick

Good Rubber

Great product but had difficulty getting it out of the tube. The applicator nozzle is permanently fixed to the tube. The only way to get the product out is to pierce the end of the tube by putting a sharp instrument down the nozzle. There were no instructions about this - although it was obvious after a moment's thought. The tube needs to be redesigned with a removable nozzle as is generally the industry standard.

Shed roof

I used the Liquid Rubber Caluk with the deck coating to seal the joints of the sheeting on a flat-roof shed. Application went well. No leaks after about a month.

I believe the products are great but we did have our share of problems. They did answer all my questions and did their best to trouble shoot. My recommendation is to follow their directions to the “T” - no short cuts.
