    The Warranty:

    3 year product warranty.  If your product fails, peels or cracks, we’ll replace your failed product.

    What you have to do:

    1. You must restore your full deck, balcony or patio.
    2. You have to follow the directions, use the recommended Liquid Rubber products and the required amount of Liquid Rubber products.  We’ve established the products to succeed with certain criteria.  See Application Guideline - CLICK HERE
    3. Register your order number and project details within 30 days of purchase by calling 1-855-592-1092 and speaking to Liquid Rubber Technical Support.
    4. If you have an issue, contact Liquid Rubber Technical Support within 30 days at 1-855-998-5418

    Details:

    • You cannot transfer the warranty to another party.
    • The limited warranty only applies to the product and does not cover property damage, physical or economic loss.

    Things that void the warranty:

    • Damage from natural forces, disasters and acts of God like hurricanes, tornadoes, hail, lightning, earthquake, insects, branches or animals.
    • If you do not follow directions and guidelines.
    • Structural defects that cause failure.
    • Using harmful chemicals on the products or cured membrane.
    • Physical damage to the membrane of any sort.
    • Altering the product in any way, unless instructed in writing by a Liquid Rubber Technical Specialist.
