1 Circle around step number design detail

It is best to apply during mornings and evenings without direct sun on a dry day above 10C/50F. The product stays soft, flexible and may have some tackiness, not meant for decks, patios, balconies or as a constant walking surface. For larger areas, pour out and spread around with a broom, roller or squeegee

Generally you can apply 1-2 coats per day. Apply the next heavy coat when it's dry to touch (typically 6-8 hours), make sure there is no uncured material underneath. Tacky is ok.

Curing time depends on temperature, humidity and airflow. Make sure you do not combine Black products with Colored products, use one or the other.

Awesome Product!!

So I used this product to reseal my membrane roof at my business. The product works phenomenally well. Nothing but impressed with this product. Product is thick and doesn't move much. It is not self levelling like other products I have used, but that is actually a good thing. You can easily put on as thick of a coat as you want. I used a roller and spread the product out evenly. Highly recommend this product.

EPDM FLAT ROOF RE-SEAL

Flat roof on a 25x25 residential garage with mechanical seal which had all failed. Stripped and cleaned the seams. Wiped down with acetone. Applied 4 inch seam tape, one inch primer stripe on each side then 3 coats of sealer with a 6inch roller. Whole process took 4 days allowing each step to dry/cure properly. First rain came last night after a week of dry warm weather. Roof is leak free. Southern Ontario. I have used Liquid Rubber products in the past with similar good results. Follow the directions and recommendations for great performing seal.
