Epoxy Primer for Concrete, Wood, Metal & Foundations
Multi-Purpose Primer works to increase bonding and provide a vapor barrier to help prevent blistering with other Liquid Rubber products. It increases adhesion on a variety of substrates and for a range of popular projects.
Use Liquid Rubbers epoxy primer for foundations (interior), smooth non-porous substrates (like metal) and substrates that are subject to moisture vapor drive (like decks and patios).

Avoid hot, direct, intense sun when applying. Mornings and evenings are best if it's blistering hot. Apply above 5C/40F when there is no dew or rain in the forecast.
Apply with a roller, brush, or spraying equivalent. You will need 1-2 coats depending on surface.
Apply top coat within 24 hours and when product is tack free.
