What is the 3 Year Warranty?

  1. You must restore your full pond.
  2. You have to follow the directions, use the recommended Liquid Rubber products and the required amount of Liquid Rubber products.  We’ve established the products to succeed with certain criteria.  See Application Guideline - CLICK HERE
  3. Register your order number and project details within 30 days of purchase by calling 1-855-592-1049 and speaking to Liquid Rubber Technical Support.
  4. If you have an issue, contact Liquid Rubber Technical Support within 30 days at 1-855-592-1049

You cannot transfer the warranty to another party.

The limited warranty only applies to the product and does not cover property damage, physical or economic loss.

  • Damage from natural forces, disasters and acts of God like hurricanes, tornadoes, hail, lightning, earthquake, insects, branches or animals.
  • If you do not follow directions and guidelines.
  • Structural defects that cause failure.
  • Using harmful chemicals on the products or cured membrane.
  • Physical damage to the membrane of any sort.
  • Altering the product in any way, unless instructed in writing by a Liquid Rubber Technical Specialist.

  • Do I need a primer when using Neopond Sealant?

    Yes, a primer will help promote adhesion. For EPDM pond liners use EPDM & TPO Primer, for concrete water features use Multipurpose Primer.

  • Is Neopond Sealant Safe?

    Yes, Neopond Sealant is safe for your fish and aquatic plants

  • Can I coat over an existing coating or paint?

    It is recommended to remove oil based or recently applied coatings.
    You can apply over most acrylic/latex, polyurethane, alkyd paint, epoxy paints/coatings with the use of our Liquid Rubber Multi-Purpose Primer and using proper cleaning/preparation techniques. Keep in mind that when you apply over an existing coating or paint, if that coating/paint peels, our coating will peel with it as it is bonded to the existing coating/paint and not directly to the substrate.

  • How long does it take to get my order once I have placed it?
